Affect is a nonprofit startup run by a team of hardworking students. We attend schools in several different states and come from cities around the world. We study fields from public health to mechanical engineering and pursue passions like softball and swing dancing. We are a diverse group of people, and every one of us has a different relationship with mental health.
Some of us have helped friends struggling with their anxiety. Some of us have lost family members to suicide. And some of us struggle with mental illness every day.
Still, despite coming from unique backgrounds, we form a cohesive team with a shared mission: to accelerate the innovations needed to provide every single person in the world with quality mental healthcare.
